For the 11th straight year Ryan Seacrest will once again fill the shoes of Dick Clark by ringing in 2017 on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. He will host the countdown to midnight from Times Square in New York City with performances by Mariah Carey, celebrations from around the globe, Time Square reports from Jenny McCarthy and the Billboard Hollywood Party.
